Who can recover my seats and how much does it usually cost ?

Couple of things will eflect the cost. Do you have new covers for them? Or do you need them custom made,If its an older car you'll probably need new seat foams so the covers will fit correctly.
It's not that hard of a job usually done with clips called "hog rings" and a hog ring plier. I did my rears on my 79 z28 and had a local guy in Bradenton do the front buckets, I think they charged me about $150 for the fronts. (I supplied the new covers and new seat foams) so all I paid for is their labor for 2 front buckets.
